Rene is originally from Eastern Arizona and has been in Tucson for 25 years. Mike is from California and has been in Tucson since 1978. Mike and Rene have been a happy couple for 10 years and together they’re excited to give back to their employees and community. Together they have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. “We appreciate our customers and personally thank each and every one of you for your loyalty and for shopping locally.”

Mike is the Manager of Buck’s Automotive and has been with the company for 13 years. An industry veteran with 45 years of experience, Mike is originally from North Dakota and is happy to call Tucson home for the last 14 years.

Originally from Buffalo, New York but he’s called Tucson home for a long time. He’s been an automotive technician for over 40 years and has had a love for cars since childhood. When he’s not at work fixing cars, he enjoys spending time with his family and loves tinkering with loud and fast cars and riding his motorcycle.

Allison is the Office Manager at Buck’s and has been with the company since 1997. A self-proclaimed spreadsheet geek, she wears a lot of hats doing the bookkeeping and payroll and taking care of the paperwork end of our family business. She came to Tucson in 1988 from Phoenix and never left. Allison is happily married, mother to five children and Nana to five grandchildren.

Andres has lived in Tucson for the past 30 years and has been in the automotive repair industry for 25 years. He loves working on cars and enjoys spending his free time with his wife and their twin boys.

Jorge comes to us as a 35 year industry veteran and is well versed in all aspects of diagnostics and repairs. Originally from Guatemala, Jorge has called Tucson home for over 30 years. Jorge has a son and enjoys playing competitive soccer when he’s not fixing cars.

Our newest technician is Leo. Leo came to us from one of the local dealerships and is skilled well beyond his years. Leo is working hard towards his short term goal of being an ASE Master Technician and long term goal of owning and operating a successful shop. He loves learning and enjoys the support of his fellow workers on the shop floor. In his spare time he’s active with his church and loves spending time with his wife and two children.

Alonzo is a General Service Technician who came to us after a few years at one of the Tucson Toyota dealerships. He excelled in the Auto Shop class at Tucson’s Flowing Wells High School and is working hard towards his career goal of being an ASE Certified Master Technician. Alonzo is originally from Nogales but has called Tucson home for several years. In his spare time he enjoys sports, video games and hunting mythical creatures.

David has been working around cars for over 30 years and the last 10 has been with Buck’s Automotive. David takes care of the maintenance of our building and all of our equipment. David also helps with driving as needed and with tire mounting and balancing.

Introducing TJ Sisk, an automotive technician with over a decade of experience since starting his journey in 2009. He is an ASE Certified technician with certs in Brakes & Suspension. With two years of dedicated service at Buck’s Automotive, TJ’s commitment to quality shines. Beyond his automotive skills, he enjoys archery, Jujitsu, weightlifting, & 2A. TJ’s diverse interests and technical prowess make him a valuable asset to our team.

Meet Jose Huerta, an automotive technician with over two decades of experience. He’s a recent addition to the Buck’s Automotive team, where his ASE certifications in Air Conditioning, Suspension, and Brakes shine. Outside of work, Jose is a devoted family man with a wife and a 13-year-old daughter. He’s also a passionate boxing enthusiast, having pursued the sport in his youth. Jose’s wealth of experience and dedication make him an invaluable asset to our team. Welcome aboard, Jose!

Jordan is Buck’s newest technician and has quickly proven himself to be an outstanding team player and a knowledgeable technician. Jordan is an ASE Master Technician with an additional L1 Certification and his many years of experience has already proven to be invaluable for Buck’s and our customers. He’s a whiz at computer diagnostics and we are blessed to have him on our team.

Matt has been working at Buck’s Automotive for the past 20 years. Matt mostly takes care of quick service items but can be counted on for a variety of repairs and is also our Wheel Alignment specialist. Matt loves using our brand new State-of-the-Art Hunter Aligner while at work and enjoys fishing and camping during his free time.

Dalton hails from Northern Arizona and has been a General Service Technician at Buck’s Automotive for the past 25 years. Dalton specializes in pre-purchase vehicle inspections, tires and oil change services. Dalton’s versatility and commitment makes him an extremely valuable part of the Buck’s family.

We’re proud and fortunate to welcome Troy to the team. After a 22 year career in the military, Troy entered our industry in the Pacific Northwest 20 years ago. A move to Tucson 12 years ago and many successful years at a Northwest side repair shop were his pathway to Buck’s Automotive. Married with a daughter, Troy is looking forward to taking good care of our customers for many years to come.

With Dan’s retirement we welcome our new shuttle driver, Aynsley. She’s a native Tucsonan and she was a parts delivery driver for nearly 15 years before joining Buck’s. She enjoys conversing with our great customers much more than delivering parts! She loves video games and anime and spending time with her husband, son and fur babies when she’s not at work.
